What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Inside Sales position at Alabama Freightliner -Tuscaloosa?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
- Invoices and pulls parts correctly.
- Places parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery.
- Greets customers with a friendly and professional manner.
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
- Assist in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly.
- Assists with physical stock inventory.
- Other duties as assigned
Specific Experience
- Parts knowledge for all Freightliner models
- Heavy Truck parts experience
