Open Date 05/01/2026 Close Date Until Filled Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or Behavioral Analysis. 12 months or more directly related work experience. Key Responsibilities
• Provides individual and group therapeutic services for adult patients.
• Develops, implements, and monitors behavior management programs for adult patients.
• Conducts age-appropriate psychological assessment under the supervision of a Doctoral-level Psychological to facilitate diagnosis, treatment planning and release.
• Participates in treatment planning for adult patients.
• Provides appropriate documentation in the medical record and/or elsewhere of clinical activities (e.g., psychological assessments, weekly admission notes, suicide risk assessments, forensic status updates, individual/group therapy notes, transfer notes, and psychological discharge summaries) within applicable time frames.
• Participates in mandatory in-service training, as well as required professional development in-service training.
• Conducts quarterly peer reviews within applicable time frame.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor (e.g., creates patient safety plans, crisis intervention plans, behavioral contracts, 1:1 behavioral data gathering/compiling/distribution. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
