As an MER, you will provide exceptional service by assisting members with their banking needs, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries efficiently and accurately. You will also educate members on the range of financial products and services ACU offers and promote their benefits to enhance member satisfaction. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with members and address their needs
- Basic financial and banking knowledge, with the ability to explain financial products and services to members
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills for processing transactions and maintaining records
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to effectively handle member inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency with basic technology and software platforms used in financial institutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and inclusive environment
- Relevant experience in customer service or a financial services environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus but not required
