What You'll Do

As our Research Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical and operational aspects of research studies while providing leadership and support to the research team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical research activities.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor research nursing and clinical research staff.
  • Coordinate patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up.
  • Ensure research protocols are followed accurately and consistently.
  • Coordinate study visits, procedures, laboratory testing, and patient assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical and research documentation.
  • Work closely with physicians, investigators, sponsors, monitors, laboratories, and other research partners.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and applicable regulations.
  • Review study documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Monitor study progress, timelines, and patient follow-up.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions and maintenance of essential study documents.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may affect study quality or timelines.
  • Promote excellent patient care and a positive experience for research participants.
  • Help develop and improve research processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a leader and resource for the research team.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Strong clinical nursing background.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Previous clinical research experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Previous nursing management, charge nurse, or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with clinical research protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and clinical research documentation.
