Training and Career Growth
As an RV Technician Trainee, you will receive a mix of structured training and direct field experience, including:
- RVTI certification training
- Manufacturer training through major RV brands, including Forest River and Keystone
- Continuing education through major OEM suppliers such as Lippert, Furrion, Dometic, and more
- Direct on-the-job training alongside experienced RV technicians
- Ongoing opportunities to grow into a skilled RV technician role

Job Responsibilities
This trainee position will begin with basic helper responsibilities while you learn the trade. Duties may include:
- Assisting technicians with RV repairs, inspections, and maintenance
- Helping move, stage, and prepare RV units for service
- Keeping the shop, tools, and work areas clean and organized
- Retrieving parts, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Learning basic RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, and structural components
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Supporting the service department with daily shop operations
Ideal Candidate

- Mechanical or technical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Ability to work in a hands-on shop environment
- Basic tool knowledge or interest in learning
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy equipment
