What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Minister position at Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions?
Mountain View Baptist Church, located in Union Grove, in Marshall County, Alabama is prayerfully seeking to fill the position of bi-vocational youth minister to administer and plan youth programs like evangelism, retreats, and Bible study sessions. We are a Southern Baptist church, rooted in faith, fellowship, and the desire to expand our reach and impact within and beyond our community. We are an average congregation of 50 people, with a great capacity to grow our children, youth, and young adult prospects. The youth minister will provide counseling to youths and help them realize their individual goals. The youth minister will also coordinate with parents of youth group members regarding their children’s involvement and participation in the church.
