What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastor position at Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions?
Trinity Baptist Church in Roanoke, AL is seeking a bi-vocational pastor who will provide spiritual leadership, preaching, and pastoral care to our congregation and who will lead with humility, integrity, and a servant’s heart. The pastor must be in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. He will be expected to work closely with church leadership to guide our mission and strengthen discipleship. He will be expected to oversee church administration in collaboration with deacons. Housing is available as part of the salary package. Full-time pastor position will also be considered.
