Lifepoint Church is prayerfully seeking a Lead Pastor who will faithfully teach God’s Word, shepherd God’s people, and lead us into our next season of gospel impact. We are a growing, unified church known for deep biblical teaching, genuine community, and joy-filled discipleship. Over the past 16 years, Lifepoint has grown from 70 to 400 through intentional shepherding, relational ministry, and the work of the Spirit.

We are looking for a pastor who is both a strong Bible teacher and a relational shepherd, capable of leading with humility, clarity, and joy.

- A mature, humble, Christ-centered man who meets the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 & Titus 1
- A gifted Bible teacher with a passion for both depth and application
- Formal theological education
- Experience leading, shepherding, and discipling in a local church setting
- Able to lead collaboratively under a healthy Elder structure
- Relational, approachable, wise, and grounded in Scripture
- Committed to discipleship, unity, and the Great Commission
- A strong, clear, faithful expositor
- A relational, available shepherd
- A visionary leader with humility
- A disciple-maker who models spiritual rhythms
