Job Details
- Sunday Services, Wednesday Rehearsals and Services
- Remaining hours as needed for worship coordination, preparation, and special events
- Will be expected to worship 15 to 20 hours
- Meet the Biblical expectations of 1 Timothy 3:1-7
- Affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
- Have a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Shepherd, train, and care for people in the music ministry
- Strong communication skills
- Oversee musical selection and administration for weekly worship services/rehearsals by preparing music, coordinating instrumentalists and vocalists, and coordinating the worship presentation (slides and placement of slides)
- Direct weekly rehearsals, choose instrumentation/music selection in consultation with the lead pastor
- Serve as vocalist for worship services
