Bi-Vocational Worship Minister
Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Bi-Vocational Worship Minister who has a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for leading God’s people in authentic, Christ-centered worship.
About The Position
The Worship Minister will serve alongside the Pastor to lead our Sunday morning worship services while helping foster a culture of worship throughout our church family.
Responsibilities
This is a bi-vocational position requiring approximately 8–12 hours per week, including Sunday morning worship, planning, rehearsals, children’s music, and special services as needed.

About The Position
The Worship Minister will serve alongside the Pastor to lead our Sunday morning worship services while helping foster a culture of worship throughout our church family.
Responsibilities
- Lead worship during our Sunday Morning Worship Service.
- Plan worship services in cooperation with the Pastor.
- Utilize Worship Planning Software to coordinate all aspects of the Service.
- Recruit and lead volunteer singers and musicians.
- Assist with our Children’s Music Ministry.
- Participate in special services and church events throughout the year.
- Support the overall ministry and mission of Mt. Carmel #1 Baptist Church.
- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
- Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
- A servant’s heart and commitment to biblical worship.
- Musical ability to lead congregational singing.
- Ability to work well with volunteers and church leadership.
