What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bi-Vocational Pastor position at Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions?
We are a small church in northwest Alabama seeking a bi-vocational Pastor. A potential Pastor will need to meet the Biblical qualifications for a pastor from I Timothy 3:1-7. Must believe in the inerrancy and sufficiency of Scripture and hold to salvation by grace through faith alone. We would like to grow and reach our community for Christ and we need a leader who will help guide us in this task.
