Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at Ala Wai Plaza Skyrise. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing loss, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on site.
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Assist in conflict resolution and manage disturbances effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
