Compensation:
Estimated $500 daily minimum or 35% of collections (whichever is greater).
About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Dentist preferred with active Medicaid credentials to join our dental practice in Brooklyn. Our office is a small, modest, well-organized practice with a steady patient flow and has been established in the community for over 30 years.
This position is ideal for a dentist who values a comfortable working environment, consistent patients, and the ability to focus on providing quality care in a long-standing neighborhood practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Provide general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, simple extractions, and preventive care
- Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with dental assistants and office staff
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active New York State Dental License
- Preferred to be credentialed with Medicaid
- Experience in general dentistry preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice
