Responsibilities
Internal
- Works with service advisors and service technicians to identify, locate, cost out, and deliver appropriate part
- Serves service advisors and service technicians in a timely/efficient manner
- Maintains organized inventory of parts department
- Enthusiastically greets retail customers
- Identify, locate, price out, and deliver appropriate part to retail customer
- Serves customer in a timely/efficient manner
- Values - integrity, drive, team player
- Ability to learn and follow service process
- Ability to learn and utilize service tools/software
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Preferred service and/or parts experience with imports or domestic vehicles and automotive service-related operations
