- Trainee Lube Technician
- Mission: Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status
- Timeline: 90 Days -- Trainee Lube Technician may "graduate" to a Flat Rate Lube Technician prior to 90 days
- Compensation: $16/clock hour
- 40 clock hours = 40 X $16 = $640/week
- 50 clock hours = (40 X $16) (10 X $24.00) = $880week
- Flat Rate Lube Technician
- Mission: 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop "maintenance" skillset
- Timeline: Indefinite
- Compensation: $18/flat rate hour
- 40 Flat Rate Hours (FRH) = $800/week
- 50 FRH = $900/week
- 60 FRH = $1080/week
- Requirements for Apprentice Technician:
- 1 ASE Certification
- Complete OEM entry training level
- Quality work
- Timely/efficient process
- Apprentice Technician
- Mission: Hands-on experience with expert ASAP Line Technician and complete State and Manufacturer Certifications
- Timeline: 1 Year
- Compensation: $52,500 Salary
- Requirements for Line Technician:
- 5 ASE Certifications
- 1 ASE per quarter
