Medical Equipment Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Equipment Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Abu Dhabi. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting medical equipment and healthcare solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, customer visits, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and other medical organizations.
- Promote and present company medical equipment, products, and healthcare solutions to potential customers.
- Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation and closing of deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, purchase orders, payments, and after-sales support.
- Maintain updated records of customer information, sales activities, opportunities, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Medical Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Experience in medical equipment, healthcare products, or hospital supplies sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
