Seasonal Customer Service Representative

• We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Internet Customer Service team at our Logan Corporate Office. This seasonal role is available October through December and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

  In this position, you will be a key point of contact for our online customers, helping ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and solution-oriented. Responsibilities include assisting customers with placing online orders, troubleshooting payment or checkout issues, and providing accurate updates on order status. Customers will reach out via phone and email, so strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  The ideal candidate is professional, positive, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent customer service. You should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a helpful, solution-driven approach with both customers and coworkers.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
  • Respond to emails and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer inbound customer phone calls.
  • Outbound phone calls to customers regarding online orders.
  • Familiarize yourself with internal company systems and procedures.
  • Navigate the order process to assist the customer.
  • File and manage claims with UPS and USPS.
  • Collaborate with different teams company-wide to ensure clear. communication and work efficiency.
  • All other assigned projects and responsibilities.

  Qualifications

  Required

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends (including Sundays), holidays, major sale events, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the days leading up to Christmas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain composure in high-stress situations.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Availability for seasonal work November through February, full-time or part-time.

  • Seasonal Role (October–December)

    The schedule for this position includes day and evening shifts Sunday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with Sunday hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Shifts are scheduled in 4-, 6-, and 8-hour blocks, with weekly hours ranging from 18 to 40 for part-time and full-time positions.

    Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required, including a rotating Saturday/Sunday schedule. Employees must be available to work throughout the holiday season, from October through December, including Black Friday weekend (Nov 27-28), Cyber Monday week (Nov. 29-Dec. 5) , and all days leading up to Christmas (December 18–24). Extended vacations will not be approved during this period.
