We are looking for friendly and outgoing employees to join our team as a Clothing Sales Associate in our Logan store. We are seeking employees who are committed to providing our customers with outstanding customer service and an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, fair, and professional positive attitude
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor
- Promptly resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues
- Offer accurate information on pricing, promotions, and sales
- Stay familiar with merchandise to give quick, informed product recommendations
- Help customers locate specific items, sizes, and styles
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in compliance with company procedures
- Ensure merchandise displays are well-stocked, neat, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and complete related tasks as needed
