- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area to ensure efficient service flow
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling patient information
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting or retail cashier role preferred, especially with LTC (Long-Term Care) pharmacy or hospital environments
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and aseptic techniques is a plus
- Excellent patient service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
