Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer's order.
- Maintain cleanliness in the deli area, including ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products served.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
