Job Description
Al Piemonte Lincoln is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our elite service team. In this role, you act as the primary liaison between our luxury clientele and our service technicians. You aren't just managing repair orders; you are managing relationships.
The ideal candidate understands the high expectations of a luxury brand owner and can provide transparent, expert guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs. Ability to commute to Bradenton, FL required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (Luxury or Ford/Lincoln experience is a major plus)
Responsibilities

Greet Lincoln guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor

Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and document customer concerns with precision
-
Consult with guests on maintenance and repair needs based on Lincoln factory standards

Provide accurate cost estimates and clear timelines for service completion

Proactively communicate vehicle status updates to guests throughout the day
-
Coordinate with Technicians and the Parts Department to ensure seamless workflow
-
Master the "Lincoln Way" of delivery, explaining all work performed and ensuring total guest satisfaction
-
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
