Al Piemonte Lincoln, an independent car dealer located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking an experienced Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our team. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Brand New Frame Rack and Measuring System!
Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle and follow work orders and estimates.
Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.
Perform welding and auto body repair tasks as needed.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repairs needed.
Inspect and test repaired vehicles for quality control.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Body Shop Technician, must have at least 1 year of experience
Must have proven experience in heavy line auto body, automotive structural/frame repair, and welding (MIG welding certified).
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. Stay updated on industry advancements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex repair issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and address issues efficiently.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
