Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dundee, IL, for a New & Pre-Owned Sales professional. The role involves assisting customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles, conducting test drives, and guiding customers through the purchase process. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and promotions. The candidate will also participate in ongoing training to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
- Sales experience, including the ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively
- Training and Sales Management knowledge to support and mentor team growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a goal-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and Chevrolet vehicles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/marketing are an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
