Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jackson / Adrian, MI. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new clients, providing exceptional service to existing customers, promoting company products, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role may also involve supporting other team members and working collaboratively to execute the company’s customer-centric mission.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales goals.
- Communication and Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving client concerns effectively.
- Organizational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts, schedule priorities, and work independently to meet deadlines and targets.
- Knowledge of Products and Industry: Familiarity with food service products and the ability to understand client needs to recommend appropriate solutions.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in business, sales, or related fields is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for potential client visits and on-site meetings, with a valid driver’s license.
