What You’ll Do:
- Execute prep and service on the line with consistency and accuracy
- Work various stations with confidence and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with BOH and FOH teams
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service and events
- Contribute to a positive, team-first kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with scratch cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, event-heavy environment
