Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford is seeking a MOBILE TECHNICIAN to drive a company truck to customer locations and perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs outside of the dealership. Auto lube, maintenance and/or repair experience is required.

Responsibilities - Mobile Service Technician:
Drive a company truck to customer locations and perform auto maintenance and repairs- Organize and prepare for the day's appointments
- Consult with customer on work to be performed and perform a multi-point inspection
- Estimate the parts and time needed for repair/maintenance work
- Perform quality repair work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Test vehicle both before and after repair
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Other duties may be assigned according to skill and certifications
Requirements - Mobile Service Technician:
Experience in automotive mechanical repairs is required- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be articulate and professional
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
