Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Schedule service appointments and greet customers warmly
• Review vehicle history and collaborate with technicians to identify service needs
• Clearly explain recommended services, costs, and current promotions
• Provide prompt, professional responses to customer questions
• Ensure vehicles are clean and all requested services are completed before delivery
• Review customer satisfaction feedback with the service manager
• Maintain high standards for repair order accuracy and production

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 
  Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership setting required
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
