Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Control Manager to ensure our warehouse and retail locations remain fully stocked. This role manages purchasing, vendor relationships, imports, customs coordination, inventory forecasting, and product availability.
Responsibilities
* Purchase inventory and supplies.
* Manage vendor relationships.
* Create purchase orders.
* Forecast inventory demand.
* Coordinate imports and freight.
* Handle customs paperwork and shipment tracking.
* Monitor inventory levels across all locations.
* Analyze purchasing costs and inventory trends.
* Work closely with warehouse and accounting teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Experience with ERP or inventory software.
* Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Import and logistics experience preferred.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
