Pay: $20–$25 per hour (starting rate, based on experience and demonstrated skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Tackle earthwork, grading, excavation, and site prep using heavy equipment like skid steers and mini excavators
- Build and install high-quality hardscape features — natural stone, brick, pavers, retaining walls, patios, planter systems, pergolas, and custom outdoor structures
- Handle softscape installations including planting, landscaping, and artificial turf/putting greens
- Perform painting, finishing touches, and detailed site installations that make every project shine
- Collaborate on full design-build projects from initial prep all the way through final reveal
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and running smoothly as part of a tight-knit, supportive crew
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
