This role ensures orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining superior standards of quality and service.
Main Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform, prepared for exceptional shifts
- Exemplify ACI's Mission and Core Values in every interaction
- Follow food safety and handling procedures per ACI standards and all regulations
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure proper packaging and utensils when requested
- Load, transport, and deliver items safely and on schedule
- Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules
- Maintain a safe and secure environment and comply with all transportation laws
- Notify the Manager of any guest complaints
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
