## Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Teaching Strategies Preschool curriculum
- Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students
- Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Integrate technology and interactive learning tools into lessons
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their academic and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
- Incorporate literacy education and library services into the curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate all children
- Implement Montessori principles in classroom activities
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
- State teaching certification for kindergarten or elementary education
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards for kindergarten
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
