Position: Security Desk Receptionist (Full time)
Shift timings 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM MST
Location: Colorado Springs, CO – 80912
Client: SBIRS – Schriever Air Force Base
Clearance: Qualified applicants must possess an active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Pay Rate: Wage Determination ($ 24.06/hour) Health & Welfare ($8.21/hour) Total up to = $32.27/hour on W2
Responsibilities:
- Verify security credentials of all personnel entering and exiting the facility.
- Maintain, inspect, and Inventory logs of all media and equipment entering and exiting the facility.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and follow all instructions detailed in the Front Desk Security Continuity Instruction
- Process incoming visit requests and maintain the facility access list.
- Verify courier authorization for all classified material entering or exiting the facility.
- Assist in maintaining all NISPOM requirements.
- Assist with security system malfunctions on Vindicator.
- Alert security forces when individual(s) have violated security regulations.
Basic Requirements:
- The position requires a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI.
- Experience with physical security or experience in either intelligence or communications is preferred.
- A working knowledge of JPAS is preferred but not required.
- Working with the Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications will be a requirement.
