City: Burbank, CA
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite (5 days a week)
Duration: 24 months
Rate Range: Up to$68.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
• Show control systems
• AV system integration
• Media automation
• IoT and cloud based control systems
• Audio video and lighting orchestration
• Network and hardware integration
• Control system programming
Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain show control and automation systems
• Build infrastructure for hardware based installations and demos
• Control media playback, sound, lighting, and digital signage
• Maintain daily operations and system upgrades
• Design and support intuitive control applications
• Document systems, tools, and processes
• Train staff on control systems and applications
• Recommend and implement technology and infrastructure upgrades
• Design architectural, network, and power diagrams
• Coordinate with vendors, trades, and internal teams
• Lead meetings and track deliverables and timelines
Qualifications:
• 10 years in show control, AV systems, media, or software engineering
• Experience with theatrical, attraction, or showroom environments
• Hands-on experience with AR, VR, touch screens, and specialty hardware
• Strong understanding of automation and media control platforms
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and cross functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
