Senior Program Manager – Enterprise IT Transformation - 1603

Must Have:

• Program management for large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
  
• Multi-workstream program leadership
  
• Executive-level status reporting and presentations
  
• Program roadmap, timeline, and dependency management
  
• Risk, issue, and KPI management
  
• JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools
  
• OKR alignment and delivery tracking
  
• IT transformation program experience
  
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight
  
• Vendor management or sourcing systems experience
  
• Data and analytics program exposure
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution and delivery
  
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success measures with stakeholders
  
• Build and maintain detailed schedules, work plans, and resource plans
  
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across workstreams
  
• Provide concise status updates, roadmaps, and presentations to executive leadership
  
• Drive alignment between program workstreams, business goals, and OKRs
  
• Monitor KPIs and results to ensure timelines and outcomes are met
  
• Oversee vendor and partner coordination tied to program objectives
  
• Support IT transformation initiatives with strong governance and reporting
  
• Partner with teams on financial planning, forecasting, and program controls
  
• Drive process improvement, change management, and communications planning
  

Qualifications:

• 8 years of program or project management experience
  
• Strong experience leading medium to large enterprise programs with multiple dependencies
  
• Background in media, technology, entertainment, or similar large enterprise environments
  
• Strong experience working in matrixed organizations
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  
• Strong experience with executive communication and stakeholder management
  
• Proven experience managing status, reporting, and cross-functional alignment
  
• Strong understanding of data-heavy or analytically complex programs
  
• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred
