Distribution Operations Associate

City: Glendale, CA

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite (4 days a week)

Duration: 4 months

Rate Range: Up to$45.5/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

• Dubbing and localization workflow management
• Project management tools
• Audio post-production and voice recording processes
• Vendor and supplier performance management
• Digital distribution supply chain knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end dubbing operations including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, reporting, and archiving.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and global dubbing vendors to meet delivery timelines.
• Oversee vendor performance, track spend, and ensure projects remain on budget.
• Maintain ongoing client communication, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet technical, linguistic, and quality standards.
• Address rejections, perform root-cause analysis, resolve issues, and manage redelivery.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of Assignment of Rights and adherence to ISO compliance requirements.
• Support continuous process improvement within dubbing operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in dubbing, localization, or media project management.
• Strong understanding of dubbing workflows including lip-sync, voice recording, and audio post-production.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with multilingual content and cultural nuances (preferred).
• Experience in multilingual dubbing projects or digital distribution workflows (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
