Physical/Emotional Demands/Working Conditions
Work is sedentary and ambulant. Occasional physical exertion (lifting 30 or more pounds), walking, standing, etc. to support patient weight in case of an emergency situation or patient disability requiring assistance in walking, standing, etc. Must be able to see, stop, sit, stand, bend and reach. Must be able to read, write, and speak English language. Must be able to make independent decisions when needed. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, hostile people as needed. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with the medical, nursing, clinical and other staff. Must be emotionally stable and exhibit ability to display coping skills. There is risk of exposure to infection and contagious/blood borne diseases. Exposure to unpredictable situations (i.e., patient behavior). Participation in emergency on call rotation. Subject to work schedule and shift change.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures and responds to supervision.
- Assures incoming patients have belongings searched, UA, food cards.
- Assists Program Directors, Program Managers and Admissions in coordinating all client drives and schedules. Helps to direct and find solution to possible drive conflicts and schedules.
- Responsible for all vehicle upkeep and maintenance as well as maintenance of vehicle log. Ensures Incident Reports are completed in a timely manner and handles all vehicle related insurance claims process.
- Responsible for sufficient testing supplies at all properties (BA tips, UA cups, thermometers, etc.).
- Works in conjunction with Clinical Director, Program Directors, Program Managers and Nurse to ensure proper operational client care is being delivered appropriately
- Works in conjunction with the pharmacy and Nurse to ensure all Rx are delivered to programs and clients accurately, and on time. Responsible for all medication deliveries (Residential & IOP).
- Prepares/provides gym manager with a weekly list of residential clients for the gym.
- Prepares an annual training plan for each Driver and Technician. Ensures implementation.
- In conjunction with the Program Managers, the Operations Manager supervises Clinical Technicians to assure timely completion of work and adherence to program policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the ordering and delivery of all new hire pictures and identification badges.
- Updates/maintains the clinical technician manual.
- Assists in supervision of public areas and parking lot.
- Responsible for corporate operational petty cash, food cards, and other misc. operational supplies.
- Works in conjunction with Lab Operations Manager, UR Department and Finance Departments to ensure proper UA reporting, policies and procedures. Responsible for logging/documenting/reporting of UA’s for billing.
- Meets with program managers weekly/bi-monthly to check in and help to provide guidance and solutions to presenting problems.
- Illuminates operational issues and provides solutions in the weekly Director’s meetings.
- Trains Technicians and follows up with employees that have not completed Grovo trainings.
- Monthly program environment of care compliance audits.
- Assists in conducting interviews with possible operations staff. Conducts 30 day, 60 day, and annual reviews in conjunction with program directors for program managers, chefs, and chef assistants. Creates payroll summaries for certain operational staff.
- Reviews and approves Chef food budgets. Assures compliance to budget.
- Performs additional duties as requested by the Clinical Director, Program Directors and President.
