We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with expertise in modern software engineering and production-grade AI application development. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who excels at designing, building, and supporting scalable Python-based solutions while leveraging emerging AI technologies, including agentic workflows and large language models (LLMs).
The successful candidate will have deep Python development experience, strong cloud and DevOps skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Education
- 5 years of professional software development experience, with a primary focus on Python.
- 1 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and supporting AI/LLM-based applications in production.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python skills (architecture, APIs, testing, packaging, performance).
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
- Experience building AI/LLM solutions with LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, async programming, distributed systems, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in financial services or capital markets.
- Knowledge of Kafka/event-driven architectures.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- React or Angular experience.
- Java or other enterprise languages.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure and vector databases.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Python applications and APIs.
- Develop AI/LLM solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Build cloud-native applications with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide production support.
- Strong Python engineering and software design.
- Ownership from development through production.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
