Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Aktis Oncology Inc
Boston, MA Full Time
POSTED ON 3/10/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/9/2026

Aktis Oncology, Inc. is a clinical-stage oncology company focused on expanding the breakthrough potential of targeted radiopharmaceuticals to large patient populations, including those not addressed by existing platform technologies. Aktis’ most-advanced program, AKY-1189, is a miniprotein radioconjugate targeting Nectin-4, with multi-indication potential across multiple tumor types, including locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer, breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, and head and neck cancer. Aktis’ second pipeline program, AKY-2519, is a miniprotein radioconjugate targeting B7-H3 expressing tumors, including prostate, lung and other solid tumors. Aktis has a strategic collaboration with Eli Lilly and Company to leverage its miniprotein platform to develop novel radioconjugates outside of Aktis’ proprietary pipeline.

The Manager, Supply Chain Planning, will be responsible for end-to-end planning for the production of Aktis investigational products (theragnostic). Accurate planning is critical in radiopharmaceutical development, where isotope half-life, production constraints and patient scheduling create narrow operational windows. This role ensures that supply capacity meets the demand and enables the organization to make informed business decisions about capacity, investment and program prioritization.

The successful candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all Clinical Supply Chain activities related to Demand Forecasting and Planning
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to evaluate protocol-specific demand, enrollment assumptions, imaging schedules and study timelines, maintaining alignment between clinical needs and supply strategy
  • Design and implement forecasting-capacity models that support quarterly planning, long-term projections, and pipeline scenario analysis
  • Ensure supply outputs translate into actionable drug production plans that incorporate isotope supplier capacity as well as commitments and constraints
  • Maintain transparency of forecasting-supply methods, data sources, and assumptions to ensure accuracy, reproducibility and stakeholder alignment
  • Provide clear, data driven insight into supply risks, capacity utilization, and long-term resource needs to support strategic planning and prioritization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum BS in Supply Chain, Science or related field
  • 5 years of experience in a planning role, preferably in Radiopharmaceuticals or Related Industry
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Logistics Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools with experience in data analytics
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, flexible and creative, able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Knowledge of Radiopharmaceutical Clinical Supply is desirable
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet is a plus
