Role And Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, properties, pipelines, and data structure.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy across customer, prospect, and account records.
- Manage lead routing, lifecycle progression, segmentation, and sales/marketing handoffs.
- Build and maintain target account lists, contact databases, and data enrichment processes.
- Configure and support automated workflows using HubSpot, Common Room, and integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track pipeline, conversion, campaign performance, and attribution.
- Support integrations between HubSpot, Acumatica CRM, and other marketing and sales technologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field
- Experience working in HubSpot or similar CRM environments (Acumatica experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures
- Familiarity with enrichment tools, data providers, and signal-based workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
