Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:
We're looking for quick-learning, technically oriented engineers with the following qualities:
- 3 years of engineering experience launching product
- Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus
- Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines
- To lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness.
- Proven results towards continuous improvements
- Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
- Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction
- Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Industry specific experience is a plus, but not a requirement
