Hiring: Manual QA Tester – Thai Language Required
📍 Location: Burlingame, CA / Redmond, WA (Onsite)
We are looking for a Manual QA Tester who is a Thai speaker and has hands-on experience in software testing. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience or senior-level experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases for new products and features.
- Execute manual test cases and perform ad-hoc testing.
- Identify, report, track, and verify software and hardware bugs.
- Perform bug triage, review duplicate issues, and verify bug fixes.
- Review logs and investigate issues to help identify root causes.
- Maintain test cases and provide clear test status reports.
- Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Mantis.
- Familiarity with command-line tools and debugging tools such as Android Studio, ADB, Visual Studio, or GDB.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Important Requirements:
- Thai language proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work onsite every day.
- Open to candidates with 2–3 years of experience as well as senior candidates.
