We are currently hiring for a Residential Roofing Sales Representative/Project Manager. This person is a go-getter and enjoys working with their customers one-on-one throughout the entire phase of production.
What you'll be doing in this sales role:
· Prospect new customers and provide estimates on new roofing options
· Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in a given sales territory
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Provide an outstanding customer experience
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
· Keep team and customer informed along the way
· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Things you need for this sales position:
· Previous work experience in sales, customer service, or business development
· Outstanding interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
· Organized
· Friendly
· Responsible
· Can-do attitude
· An eye for details
· Working knowledge of CRMs
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
· Ability to multi-task without jeopardizing production
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
