Position Title: Account Manager (Base Salary Uncapped Commission)

Reports To: Manager

Do you want to sell a product you can actually see around town? We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to be the face of our brand. From vehicle wraps to custom apparel and signage, you will help local businesses get noticed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hunting: Scouting the local market for businesses / Schools /Organizations that need to upgrade their image.
• Connecting: conducting B2B outreach (visiting businesses, networking events, and cold calling) to find new opportunities.
• Consulting: You aren't just selling; you are solving problems. You’ll assess client needs—whether it's embroidery, screen printing, signs, custom merchandise or vinyl wraps—and offer the perfect solution.
• Closing: Managing your pipeline from "Hello" to "Order Placed" using our CRM (DecoNetwork).
