Aksarben Appraisals is a growing residential real estate appraisal firm serving Omaha and surrounding communities. We are a small, technology-focused business looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our day-to-day operations as we continue to grow.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Hybrid Appraisal Assistant to help manage the administrative and production side of the appraisal process.
This position will include a mix of remote work, in-office work in the Omaha/Gretna area and occasional local driving.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appraisal inspections with homeowners and real estate agents
- Entering and organizing property data within appraisal software
- Preparing appraisal files and report templates
- Gathering public record and property information
- Organizing inspection photos, documents and workfiles
- Taking exterior photos of comparable properties throughout the Omaha area
- Tracking assignments, due dates and client updates
- General office and administrative support
No appraisal experience is required. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology and able to communicate professionally with homeowners, agents and clients.

Qualifications

- Previous administrative, customer service or real estate experience is helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 annual salary
