Fabricator (Entry-Level) – Akrylix
We’re hiring an entry-level Fabricator to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced acrylic fabrication shop. You’ll learn how to build precision parts and assemblies using CNC routers, lasers, and manual fabrication techniques.
No experience required. High standards required.

What you’ll do:
- Cut and prepare materials
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, and finishing
- Learn shop equipment and processes
- Keep workspace clean and organized
- Support production to keep jobs moving
Pay & Growth:
- $15–$20 per hour to start
- Raises based on performance, not time
- High performers move up quickly. Low performers are moved out
