What You’ll Do:
- Execute on annual budgets and business plans for the location, leading the location to achieve the established goals and objectives
- Develop, coach and lead all employees at assigned store leveraging management team for support
- Foster an environment of teamwork and strong communication within the store as well as across the company
- In addition to managing the location, will assume responsibility for direct customer sales, meeting annual individual sales goals and metrics
- Assume responsibility for Deere Performance Metrics
- Optimize the profitable growth of the business in all operational areas for assigned location: Sales, Parts and Service.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in sales or operations management
- Experience with John Deere and/or competitive products
- Ability to professionally lead and motivate others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Functions
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
