Location: Akron, Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant communication and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate and conduct showings for multiple properties
- Execution of open houses, including outreach to prospective tenants
- Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process
- Maintain a professional and informative presence during all interactions
