The first division manufactures and sells bulk adhesives and coatings. The second division manufactures and sells FDA OTC Product.

Summary of Position Needed
We’re in search of a full time Office Manager/Bookkeeper. An Office Manager/Bookkeeper will oversees various tasks and documentation for numerous departments while also doing their job. Office hours are M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm. Starting salary is $55,000, but is negotiable upon experience.
Job Responsibilities
· Placing raw material orders
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for supplies and equipment
· Receiving and maintaining inventory
· Shipping and invoicing orders
· Creating and maintaining records for projects
· Maintaining product archives
· Doing payroll (including 401k program)
· Record keeping for both physical and electronic
· Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and mail promptly
· Oversee cash and credit card handling
· And a lot more!
Minimum Qualifications
· Be able to work quickly, proficiently, and independently
· Familiarity with FDA guidelines would be plus
· Works well with others and has good attitude
· Strong organizational skills
· Communicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communications
· Experiences with working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
· Experience in Accounting Software Programs
· 5 years (preferred) in Office Manager Positions
