Role Description The Service Line Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Akron, OH. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned clinical service lines to support growth, quality, and patient experience objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and operational data, assessing service line performance, and collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion. The Service Line Strategist will help define goals, prioritize initiatives, and support business cases for new programs, services, and partnerships. This role also coordinates cross-functional projects, prepares reports and presentations for leadership, and ensures alignment with the organization’s mission, financial targets, and long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in strategic planning, healthcare service line development, and business analysis to support data-informed decision-making.
- Experience with market research, forecasting, and competitive analysis in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, financial modeling, and performance metrics reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills for working with clinical and administrative teams.
- Proven ability in project management, including organizing initiatives, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
