The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple pediatric care offices and a large team of non-exempt and exempt direct reports including supervisors and managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple pediatric primary care offices, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management.
- Oversee people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and rewards.
- Manage operating budget for each pediatric primary care office, including revenue projections, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Assist Regional Manager with operational, HR, and quality functions across the region.
- Responsible for pilot and rollout of initiatives that have high level impact.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction, appointment wait times, and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Certification: Certificate in Healthcare Management required within 2 years of the role.
- Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, managing multiple healthcare facilities, sites, or programs required.
